Users configured Python by typing commands and editing paths, and setup problems kept reaching support. I mapped the interpreter’s states with engineering, chose a side panel when the toolstrip was frozen for a redesign, and made five revisions from usability testing.

Many Web App Server admins are MATLAB users, not IT staff. Testing with five admins showed rule-based permissions confused them, so we rebuilt access control around resources: who can open which app.

A card sort with 30 members shaped nine task-based topics. An A/B test with 60 participants picked the winning layout, 93% task completion against 80%. It launched in September 2022 and scored 4.3 out of 5 for member satisfaction.
